Warfare From Waterloo To The Mons (1980) By Michael Glover

In 1815, Allied troops at Waterloo faced the sabres of Napoleon's cavalry with muskets and cannon which would not have been out of place more than a century earlier. Less than a hundred years later, over much the same battlefield, the Allies and Germany clashed with machine guns, high explosive, and aircraft amongst their weaponry. More than 150 colour and b&w illustrations and maps and drawings are used to expand the events and subjects described in the text.
