This monograph in the Vintage Aviation fotofax series studies the aircraft flying from the aircraft carriers and major warships of the Royal Navy in the years between the two World Wars. Largely photographic, with one and a half pages of background text and extended captions to the 98 photographs in the book, which covers the aircraft adapted for naval use immediately following WWI to those in which the RN went to war in 1939.
