This book doesn't look so much at the overall Werewolf Movement, the 11th hour Nazi effort to create a guerrilla movement, as it does a specific action by Werewolves: the assassination of the Allied-appointed mayor of Aachen. There is some background about the Werewolf movement but it does not cover a lot of the confusion and political in-fighting involved.
