Australian Chivalry: Reproduction In Colour And Duo-Tone Of Official War Paintings (1933) By J.L. Treloar

In the aftermath of the First World War, a decision was made to build a memorial to house records, artworks and other memorabilia of the world conflicts in which Australian took part. To this end, this subscription publication was produced, containing reproductions of artworks depicting Australian troops in action around the world. Moneys obtained from the sale of this publication were put towards the construction of the Australian War Memorial in Canberra.
